My husband and I are appalled that it's now several days PASSED our 1 year anniversary and we still have not received -- as stated in our contract as well as addressed through several correspondences months later in January -- the complete "raw" footage from our wedding Nov 1 2008.
We've also since noticed several poor reviews of your work and are disappointed because we had such high hopes for you. We found your work good, we only want what was agreed upon in writing and that includes a complete recording of the most important day in our lives together. Perhaps when you get married someday, you'll understand how important this is.
